If you actually read the ramblings on this site from disgruntled tenants or the group of misfits known as the "River City Residents Association", you'll see that their biggest complaints are:
-Pet droppings (left by BAD TENANTS)
-Noisy neighbors (again, BAD TENANTS)
-Pet fees (that they agreed to pay, but don't like paying when they get caught)
But, that won't stop some morons from simply yapping away on an internet message board. Go look at the RCRA's website- They have a handful of members that consist of former tenants, EVICTED tenants, and soon to be ex-tenants. Yet, these losers spend their own time and money complaining about things that are CAUSED BY TENANTS!
Maybe they should "incorporate" the "River City I Hate My Fellow Tenant Association". They'd be just as successful.

This coming from the guy who's IP address has logged almost as much time on the RCRA site as the site admin's IP address. That borders on creepy obsessive. Of course, you couldn't even respond to the issues, despite being given a place to do so.
