Weinstein Properties in general have a bad reputation. Be very leary about whether you are going to rent with them. Their "baby" properties are Kings Crossing and Addison at Swift Creek, where they actually do something. So if you aren't at one of these two properties don't expect to have any work orders completed or a staff that has a clue as to what they are doing. The apartments are old and don't be fooled by the newly "renovated" apartments. The model makes it seem nice but they are all crappy. Crime is relatively high in the apartment complex but the area in general has pockets that are REALLY NICE it just makes you wonder what went wrong here.

Do yourself and favor and dont move to Glenway Green! You will hear gunshots every night and the walls are paper thin. There's no closet space so if you have personal belonging leave them in storage because they wont fit in your apartment. dont rely on the management to make you feel comfortable they will smile at you until you sign your paperwork and then blame you for everything that goes wrong in that old a-- apartment that they tried to fix up. They need a total makeover staff and all!!

That sounds crazy!!! There are plenty of places where you hear gun shots in Richmond. Crime is everywhere!!

Well I live at Glenway Green this is my second year and I dont hear gunshots every night its actually kinda peaceful and nice over here when the school aged kids arent home lol. But I can honestly say the one time I did hear gunshots was over a year ago and it was an incident between some people that didnt even live here they were visiting...anyway I dont mind it but Im moving soon because of the space issue and age of the apartments the renovated ones arent that special
