Great service and great price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have lived at Harbor Village for 2 years and have enjoyed every minute! The pond is wonderful and feeding the ducks is enjoyable for kids. Mangement always responds to my calls and maintenance needs super fast. My apartment has nice new appliances and a great layout at much lower rates than most of the communities around here.
