Harbor Village Apartments

I was expecting more and got a lot less. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing because both my roommate and I had problems with the business office forgetting what they had told us. Sometimes, my roommate and I would leave the office with two different stories. There is not enough visitor parking spaces. So if you are expecting company on the weekends, good luck. Finally, noise can also be a problem. I've been disturbed about every other weekend (sometimes on the weekdays) because of drunk people (i'm assuming they're drunk because it starts around 1am and sometimes doesn't end until 4 or 5am). In all fairness, however, you can call the after-hour number and the business office will investigate the incidence. Good note: It is a convenient location to Broad Street. Gyms, movie theater, grocery store, and other stores are within walking distance.
