I have lived here since 2001. The property
is well taking care, the maintenance is the best I've seen. Parking was an issue, After several complaints a parking policy eliminated this problem. I would recommend
Harbor Village Apartments.

The grounds were disgusting! Every area around the neon green “pond” is covered in goose/duck poo and there are huge groups of widely unkempt shrubs/tree/grass areas around the entire complex.
