I just moved out because I purchased my first home, and lived at Harbor Village while it was being built. They are very accomodating with their short term leases, and even offered a month to month lease. This was great for me because it gave me the flexibility to move out once my house was FINALLY ready. The office staff was always very helpful and friendly! They have FREE DVD rentals for their residents. And they're new movies too! Not old and out-dated!!! The maintenance staff here is awesome! They responded within hours to any problems in my apartment! I would definitely recommend someone to this community. You can't beat the location, and the price is very reasonable.
