Guest parking sucks, long walks, however parking was great for my roomate and I; always parked right out front. Ac broke and was replaced the next day. Water heater broke twice which lead to a nasty patch of mold, but wasn't charged for it when I moved out. Maitenance was quick to fix any problem; the problems were annoying because a lot of the stuff in the apartment were very cheap despite and apparent recent remodel. Toliets always got clogged but that may of been our fault. The pond and walkways were nice to walk around at night and the place was very close to food and west end.
