I had to break my lease too because I bought a house. I found one A LOT quicker than I had planned and that worried me because I JUST signed a new lease for a year. I called around to other apartments, and the rate was pretty reasonable to end your lease early. They actually give you a choice. You can give a 30 day notice and pay a fee of 2 months rent, or you can pay $250 to re-rent the apartment. You just have to pay rent until they find someone to take your place. In my case, they found someone to move in before I even moved out, so I paid WAY less than the other option of 2 months rent!!! I found that really accomodating. Some of the other communities I called didn't even allow you to break your lease.
The grounds on the property are nice with the pond and the deck overlooking it. There are a lot of pets on the property, but that didn't bother me because I have dogs too. The people that work in the office are very nice and friendly, and the maintenance guys were fast!! They were usually there within a few hours after I called. I decided to write this review because people usually only speak up when they are unhappy. I really did have a good experience here. I was lucky to find them because my last apartment was a D I S A S T E R ! ! ! ! But that's a whole other storry. . .
