Pretty Nice Place to Stay

I lived in HV and didn't have many issues. Maitenance was quick and correct my only issue which was electrical. Office staff was really nice. Granted visitor parking can be difficult. I have actually had to follow a visitor around the grounds to find a spot then drive her back to my apt. I also had two different visitors get their vehicles towed. I would recommend HV unless you like company. This is not the place to through a dinner party but for nice family living and feeding the ducks you can't beat it. My son would actually fish at the lake. As far as safety...I mistakenly left my door unlocked. The wind was strong and blew it open at some point in the night. I woke up with an open door but my life and apartment was definitely intact. I moved out a week before my lease was up. I was able to get the mail from the mailbox until the new tenants moved in since I was having issues with the post office. They did charge me twice for the carpet cleaning (I showed my receipt from the company THEY use and then was charged again when they went into the apartment) Other than that no real complaints.
