It s kind of good and bad

I left my apartment in a good manner and people were also nice until I stayed there. However once you decided to leave an apartment they will make ways to take your deposit and charge you more money as though no one in the world has seen other than that apartment. They tried to charge me saying your refrigerator is dirty and dishwasher is dirty . and so on everybody knows they will charge for professional carpet cleaning given they provides one of the worst/dirty carpet I have seen in any apartments. Fortunately they provided me 100 s of flies some ants while I moved in. Can you imagine when you moved in 100 s of dead flies inside an apartment and after 3 days there were 100 s more! Any they also deduced $100 for inconvenience fee from my rent. Probably 1 fly cost 50 cents for cleaning

There were some good things for example: deck, pond and ducks were nice things that my little kid enjoyed while we stayed there. Beware of one thing: make your account CLEAR, take your deposit back (I know you won t get a penny back on top of that you will pay more in the name of cleaning and other thing) before you moved out otherwise they will do double charge you for your convenience and won t return until you really put them under pressure.

There were nothing special but nothing bad either except few flies in an apartment, some additional charge while moved out couple of raised voice/heated phone calls. Now you can judge by yourself whether you should move in there!
