We went here to check things out and I am confused about something your credit have to be excellent 650 or higher... And they told me that my boyfriend will have to be a co applicant instead of a regular occupant. I am paying the rent and he will be staying off and on (service man thanks) but they told me he cannot be an occupant he would have to be a co applicant. So I decided to go across the street to Hickory Creek.. I will pay more but I don't trust these people... Watch out...
