It's a very nice place to live, a little over priced and not on the extrememly friendly side. You can have pets and the washer and dryer are included so that was the seller for me. PARKING IS TERRIBLE! If you are going to live here get a carport space, it's worth the $10. With all the trees and the trail it makes for a nice place to be on nice days or cool nights.
