Not too bad but still with some problems.

Hickory Creek is not a bad place to live.The apartments themselves,I think,are very nice.The maintenance guys are great! Very proffesional and courteous.I wish I could say the same about the staff.The current staff,as of 3/1/04 that is.There were a couple of great leasing managers about a year ago,but they have since left.I wonder why'
Over all I am pleased.I like the layout of the property and the proximity to just about everything the West End has to offer.The rent is about on par with what you would pay in the West End.The apartments themselves are very nice.The property is about 14 years old and it is time for a face lift in the near future if they are going to compete with the newer properties.All in all not too bad.Now they just need to get some nice leasing managers who are willing to retain good tennants with some sort of retention specials.
