Apartment was nice but management was abysmal.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Moved into apartment that was filthy. Staff would not do a walk-through with us and charged us for water bills even after we had moved out. Staff misrepresented our ability to change apartments when a new one became available. Office staff was chronically unavailable.
