i've lived here for almost 2 full years. while the apartments are a little older than some in the west end, all in all it's pretty good here. i've had my share of maintenance problems but no place is perfect, they are always on top of things. my a/c went out last week, it was fixed immediately. even though the buyout from equity to coldwell undoubtedly still has many changes, the customer service has remained intact. thank you!
