I've lived here for about 9 months and will be moving out next month, but only because I am graduating college. The location is GREAT. 1 min. from 64 and Broad Street. 10 min. from Short Pump Mall.

I didn't like this apt. at first because of the noise level (I lived on the 2nd floor) so i DEFINETLY recommend the 3rd floor. The floor creaks like noneother, and the noise of the washer/dryer (from upstairs), and when the heater came on in my apt, was LOUD. The walls are PAPER thin so conversation in teh same apt is overheard as well. Heard a lot of unnecessary noise from next door and upstairs at night.. (if you know what i mean) (It's only okay now because I moved my bed into the den from the MB) I live in front of the maintenance people and car wash area so there would be conversations or loud music frequently in the morning.

The rental office people are nice. Maintenance came by the next day- except once when my toilet was broken, took awhile. Had a little bit of a spider problem at teh beginning (i HATE bugs) but after a few killings they were gone.

Parking is GREAT, but it depends on where you live. I never had a problem here, but the apts next to the rental office are ALWAYS overcrowded. Overall, it was prettty good!
