Getting tired of this place.

I've been here going on three years and seen a steady decline in this property. I'm sure at one time(ten years ago maybe) this was a very nice complex but that isn't the case anymore. The apartments themselves are showing signs of age and you can tell that the maintenance staff really doesn't care that much anymore. When you call someone out to fix something it shouldn't take multiple trips. As for the management I don't really have a problem with them except one issue: They don't perform site walkthroughs on the outside of the property(to my knowledge). There are tennants with trash bags, grills and plants(not just a nice single plant but ROWS of plants out in front of their apartments next to their door. People leaving their doors open at all hours of the night. These people have a patio! USE IT! You're making the property look like CRAP!!! There is also no retention policy for tennants that would like to renew their lease. I think one month's free rent is not that much to ask. At any rate, after I write this review I am going to write the management company and try and receive some action. I pay WAY TOO MUCH to have these apartments looking like this. I've heard of other complexes occasionally handing out free breakfast to tennants as they go off to work...now THAT'S service!!!
