When I first moved in here three years ago, the complex was well managed and well run. Since the management changed about a year ago, the property has been ignored and there are now about 8 people living in a two bedroom below me. I no longer feel safe there. I am scared to come home at night;there are always a bunch of people just "hanging out" outside. The maitenenance staff, on the upside, is very friendly and attentive. The water bills are atrocious (I pay about thirty five dollars a month and I live alone)...rent is too high for the quality of the place now. Time to move further west!
