When we first moved here over a year ago it was a real nice place. But in the past couple of months things have become horrible. The office staff has always been never been that great, and they are getting worse, the maintenance guys have always been top notch, with the exception of the new guy, he is plain rude, but the guys that have been here a while respond very quickly, they are very nice, and they get the job done 9 out 10 times right the first time. Its the same thing with all the new neighbors, the day they move in there is 2-3 people moving in, then late at night 5 more people move into the same unit, therefor parking has gotten really really bad. The place is always cold, there are always drafts, the water bill is thru the roof. If you are looking for a new place, keep looking, I am counting the days until i can finally get as far away from this place as i can.
