First off, I knew I shouldnt have moved here when I saw a van full of sketchy people. But I moved here because it was in a good location. However, things went down hill so fast. I had to pay one months rent to break my lease because I was fearful of living there. I was afraid to walk to my car at night. The people above me vacummed their porch by the way and had at least 6 people living in a 2 bedroom. Management is getting bad too. They act nice but wont help you. Our dishwasher leaked all over our kitchen and we were not reimbursed and noone even cared that we were inconveinced not to mention our water bill was outrageous. This apartment complex supposidly isnt even certified by law to be a 'business'. I hate hickory creek and wish I had never moved there. There was a break in just this month in the 2900 block....Oh yea, cant forget the sketch people who hang out at their cars or wait for their rides. Every morning a horn would honk for the many people living above me at 7 am. But managment didnt care about that either........dont move here. I could go on about how much it sucks but I think you get the picture....
