I have lived here for a few years now and honestly I have not had any of these problems that are being posted.
Maintenance is always prompt and do a great job, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful too. I have never had a promblem with this place.
The water bill is acutally very affordable, in the place where I used to live it was about $50.00
There are people being picked up for work in the morning, but what is really the big deal with that' If you have a problem with living around other people, then please just do us all a favor and move out to country somewhere.
