I do not know about anyone else transparent leasing agent.... I signed a lease that requires my tenancy until it is complete. It was either sign a lease or pay the outrageous month to month fee that you tried to asses.

Rental agent, you also stated that you are the best staff.. however you fail to mention that there are people that have been on your staff since that cheap companybought the community from Equity.

Equity rocked! That was when the community was nice. Now it looks horrible.

If you spent less time on Apartment ratings.com and more time leasing apartments, maybe there would not be so many vacant apartments.

Hickory Creek is a huge disapointment. The rental agent that posted on here says that you are unable to hear the noise from the neighbors. This is a complete lie. You hear everything from the neighbors. I too have lived at Hickory Creek for some time. I have seen it go drastically down hill.

If you do not believe me drive through the complex and see exactly how many vacant apartments there are in a declining real estate market. Hickory Creek is the new Dominion English Hills. Dominion kicked them out and Hickory Creek took every ingrade possible.

Move here at you own risk! You truly take your life in your own hands.

The people in the office are nice. They got rid of the crazy white trash in the office.
