Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I will not recommend !! I was warned but I took the chance. The heating bill went through the roof. The insulation is BAD and anything can leak. Winter hardly put salt and never change the Air Filter. Management takes on interest is comfort, They just collect RENT ....
