smells bad here when it rains, like mold i guess not sure, could be from the leaves build up from not cleaning out the water pass way. the staff aren't that friendly only 2 or 3 of them but the rest,... jerks! the gutters have things growing out of them and holes so they dont work correctly and have not been cleaned since 1984 to my guess so major mesquite problem too. floods real bad b/c they never clean out the water ways for the water to pass through. also stains from water leaking on ceilings in apt, kitchen leaks, bathrooms stop up/ sinks have spots the size of dimes or rust, toilets overflow for no reason sometimes, kitchen app are from 1984 and dont work properly/ out of date majorly, rent is to hight for a crap hole place like this, i suggest not moving here. also people who live here are getting bad! this place is turning ghetto! loud music, fights...you name it and more!!!! poor place to live in! dont come here! no places to park about 80% of the time and glass and other objects are everywhere so children can not play without gettiing hurt! not safe at all!
