I would beware when looking at these apartments. The apartment I was living in had an outbreak of mold to the extent that mushrooms were growing in the apartment. It was taken care of in what seemed like a haphazardly way. No real concern shown for the tenant, me in this case. Also no parking at night. Grounds kept decently. Appliances old and not fixed properly when problems occur. I give this place a D grade.
