This place is horrible! Seriously, they need to take away the luxury apartments sign, because it is anything but that! The office staff are rude, lazy, and don't know anything! The maintenance staff are idiots! They do horrible work and they also don't know anything. It takes weeks for them to come and when they do they spend 10 minutes of work and leave when the problem isn't even fixed. Also, it's the cheapest work I've seen! I don't even call them anymore I rather do it myself! I've even got a maintenance friend who wants a job here because he says he would be getting paid to do nothing! Parking is never available, parking lot lights are out and they can't fix it, they say they have to call an electrician in!' The roads are cracking and falling apart, rent goes up every year, rules keep coming out, I hear from a source at the surrounding apartments that the residents here are moving out and going right across the street! I never see anybody actually doing any work and I feel I'm wasting my money here! These apartments are too small and crappy for the price. Windows don't open or shut all the way so your heat or ac is escaping, another problem maintenance won't fix. There's a small pool here thats never clean and the grills never work. The gym is so small that no more than two people can fit. You can't rent the lodge for a private party because it costs too much, yet the office staff always throws one but they don't pay, I see them all the time. There is no water pressure, my toilet is dated back to 1985. The balconys have nails popping up and the wood is cracking and coming apart which makes you have to wear shoes, and the same goes for the decks surrounding the pools! You might cut yourself and bleed all in the water. I always see police here too. This place isn't even really cleaned when people move out because I pulled my stove back and almost puked, I found a lottery ticket from 1992.
Seriously I've talked to other residents and they hate it here! Please do not move here this place need to be renovated or just torn down!
