If you would like to be constantly frusturated with your living situation, then move into Hickory Creek Apartments in Richmond, VA. The office staff are unfriendly and it takes 2 to 3 phone calls until maitenence will bother to come fix a problem within the apartment. There have been too many problems in my apartment to list. I cringe everytime I have to call the office because I know that I will end up being ignored until I am so frusturated with the situation that I have to call management (who is likewise irresponsible). I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and careless staff. Trust me- You do not want to move into this complex!

I totally agree with you. I wouldn't recommend this place to a frog. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. The appliances are old and the insulation is bad. The utility bills are just as high as if you lived in a 3 bedroom house.
