When me and my husband were on the search for apartments, Hilliard road was the only place that took us with no established credit. I have heard other neighbors complain about lack of service from the leasing office, but we have happily lived here for over year with NO PROBLEMS. Our neighbor's apartment flooded, and the were out here immediatly to fix it. The most trouble that we have incountered has come from the lack of parental supervision of the neighborhood kids. The kids in the community run wild. You can't have 5 satr expectations from an apartment complex that has been here since world war II, so don't expect the Ritz! But it is a good starter home for anybody looking to build up some good rental history.
