It may be a great location, but they are only interested in taking your money. Computers in the office' No. Return calls in 1-2 business days' No. Adequate managing of property' No! They are raising the rent to help offset the cost of their "updating" of the apartments (which only consists of pressure washing and repainting the wooden front and side of the apartments). It may look like a nice place to live on the inside, but I can guarantee that once you get into the application process, you will have doubts. The property manager keeps applications on her desk and NEVER responds to anyone. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard a yes or a no. I've been approved for apartments before in 24 hours. This is crap!

If I decide to even live here, I may post again. So far, it has been a nightmare working with these people.
