Huguenot Apartments violates federal law (the Fair Credit Reporting Act) by not informing applicants who are denied based on credit the specific reason WHY they are denied. I am a younger adult (early 20s) with a credit report that's just fine at any other apartment complex, so I believe that Huguenot is using the "credit" excuse to discriminate based on age and who knows what else. Fortunately, I moved to a much better, less intrusive, and friendlier place after being denied at Huguenot! You can get an even better value at other older complexes around Chesterfield and the West End.
