I have had an exceptional experience here at Huguenot Apartments. The staff has been friendly and welcoming from the get-go. The maintenance crew always greets us with a warm hello and the up-keep is very nice. The apartment size is great and I don't feel cramped like I would in one of those newly built apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet which is rare in most apartment communities that I have seen. I would highly rate Huguenot Apartments to anyone who is looking for a wonderful neighborhood to join.

I think you're right! Anna - is that you? Or maybe Sarah. This definitley wasn't written by anyone that actually lives there. Maintenance? What's that?

It's sad to see that this is still going on in 2009. I'm sure if we could dig back even deeper we'd find this going on for years and years. Personally I've had an ok experience with the maintenance folks compared to the owner/manager. She is the worst manager I've ever had the experience to deal with. I agree with the other two who think this was written by management. The playground has never had any kids playing on it since I've lived here. The pool is almost empty all summer long except the sullen lifeguard. You have to pay $1.00 to initially get a pool pass. Yes, the apartments are roomy but management tells you constantly what you can and can't do or have in your apartments.
