The staff was way too intrusive - their "inspections" were ridiculous. The application process is terrible - they don't even have a computer in the office and the staff could not adequately answer questions. The maintenance crew is the only positive there. They are helpful, pleasant, and respond to issues quickly.

I see that you moved over to The Belvedere and so far are happier there. I too am very unhappy with the intrusiveness etc. I get nasty grams every time there is an inspection and I have neighbors above me who allow their child to run and jump and the adults stomp at all hours of the day and night. I never have a moment's peace unless they are out for the day which is rare when at least one person isn't there. Management does nothing but get up into your business but doesn't bother to help with the noise problems. Even when you offer to pay to sound proof the master bedroom they won't allow it. They would rather you move than to fix any problems. I would if I could afford to.
