I don't understand all of the unfavorable ocmments. When I was there working on the maintenance crew, Tom and the crew were always on top of things. The owner was also kept aware of any problems. The office staff were courteous and I never observed any behaviour that I would consider inappropriate.

A former tenant commented aboutlead absed paint. Well, that is not true. I sloshed enough of it to know. the maintenance crew is probably the best I;ve seen anywhere.

I'm pretty sure this is some kind of cover-up tactic being used by this property to discourage negative feedback - but let me tell you. I lived there for two years - and I have never heard of Phil - you must have worked there 20 years ago. Go back there now - and see what a mess this is. Sarah Klein should burn in hell for the way she treats her tenants - not to mention people in general. If she spent more time taking care of her property, instead of dying her hair - maybe you wouldn't see all of the negative comments. I think it's funny that the only person saying something positive - used to work there. Maybe you are a family friend?
