These apartments are very old, and it is very evident by looking at the buildings. They have the POTENTIAL of being nice if management were to put time and money into making them nice. I have lived here for 9 months and have had to make multiple maintenance calls. The roofs are in awful shape and ALL need to be replaced. Also, the fact that you have to pay for upgraded appliances is absurd. It is 2008 and they are still offering harvest gold appliances at a lower price. It is ridiculous for the amount of rent you pay. The maintenance staff are all friendly and come with a smile. I personally had no problems with the office staff, and that portion was a great experiance. I only wish that I were getting what I am paying for. This is a quiet community and everyone is very nice. Unfortunatly, I am not planning to renew my lease because of the shape of the apartments.

This review can best be described as "charitable". While the maintenance staff is generally competent and pleasant, management is a misery to deal with and the reviewer is correct that they will not put the money into keeping the place up. The place is old, so the rooms are of a decent size, larger than any of the newer places, but beware if you run into any problems that require more than a bandaid; you'll be sorely out of luck.

I agree, maintenance was great, butthe manager is not professional, her employees were nice, but she needs a major professional attitude adjustment. I heard they just sold, maybe they will update some things. Nice location, rent was not bad, I agree we should not pay for updated appliances, they are needed. I am moving this month, was here for 15 months, other than the Manager, she needs to move on with the old owners, I would recommend these apartments, just ask for the updates, they are needed.
