I have been living in these apartments since 2005 and studying at Virginia Commonwealth University. I never experienced a problem in parking. And I don't think the noise is an issue for this mature community. Unity in diversity can be a good slogan for the community. Houses are wide, maintenance is timely (mostly on the same day) and prices are reasonable.
My daughter was born in this lovely community and my son started to Greenfield Elementary school here. Bus is picking him at about 9:00 a.m. in the community and delivering him at about 4:00 p.m. in the same place. A few police families are residents of the community for years; and there seems no perceivable criminal action around. Blockbuster and Huguenot Park are very close to the community and you can reach then in minutes.
The administration has experienced staff at the top and middle level. My assumption is they are caring the people based on customers' approach. If you are nice they are nice and welcome.
