I moved into Huguenot Apartments in 2007 and thought that the price was too good to be true (I got the apartment on special)with cost and gas utilities being included. Since I have moved in, I have had numerous problems: the appliances are VERY old (yellow in fact) and work when they want to. My dishwasher has not worked since I moved into the apartment, the pilots in the stove constantly go out (causing the apartment to smell like gas), the walls have large cracks in them from ceiling to floor and the walls are paper thin. I must say that maintenace responds very quickly to request and parking is not really an issue. However, with maintenance I usually have to call them back to fix the problem again. These apartments have the potential of being very nice if they would take the effort to update them. If you are young, this is not the type of apartment that you want to live in because it feels old and is very dark inside.
