the rent is pretty cheap, all utilities included. the maintance people suck. my heater never turns off without me flipping the power switch on the actual furnace. this problem will probably never be fixed. floors are thin, you can always hear people upstairs or hear people next door.

the area is not horrible though. it's close to many stores and gas stations, and roughly a 10-15 minute drive to vcu, depending on the time of day.
