This place is okay for the money. Utilities are included which is definitely a plus. The overall size of the place hooked me initially; however the bathroom is disproportionately small in relation to the rest of the place. The management isn't that great and they aren't very accomodating. I have had to call maintenance several times for the same problems.
Also, the floors and the walls are very thin. You can hear everything that goes on upstairs, from someone walking across the floor to when they take a shower.
Parking isn't usually a problem unless there are guests who park in spaces in front of the building. I have never had any problems with safety, however.
