Pretty OK From: mikegeez315@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Utilities are included which is definitely a plus. The apartments are pretty big also. For the price you cant beat it. I lived there for 3 years before relocating to a new state. The people in he office are great never had a problem, and I considered them friends very nice people. Never had an issue with crime or break in and I drive a luxury SUV. I never had a real problem with the walls being hin either as others have stated I am in my 20's so you have to factor that in my rating. The heat and air could be an issue for some as they set a date in the Spring to switch the heat over to Air but not that big of a deal they are paying the bill. Overall if your a snob looking to impress people its not the place for you but if you are like I was and need a nice clean quiet place to stay and save up your money before you buy a house this is it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
