It sucks. I am so freakin cold right now and the heat isn't turned on yet. I can understand they want to save money, but I'm freezing and I can only imagine how older people are getting by.
People are always lurking in the parking lot..there was 3 car break ins during the past few weeks...Police cars are always here for something...
On Saturday and Sunday you'll be lucky if you find a parking spot. People are always parking on the grass...and the lights inside the building don't turn on until after its been dark for hours...but hey, you get what you pay for, right'
