Lets see where to start No ac for last 6 WEEKS ...maintainence said toclose all our vents to cool the apt.... cussed my girlfriend out for calling the number to tell them the ac didnt work ....nobody returns your calls for any maintainence issues.....the trash in the trash rooms PILE up to the point that you cant put anymore trass in there and now the building is infested with roaches ...which we have asked repeatedly for them to spray for ....and the LIST GOES ON......email me if you want more details.... noidea01@yahoo.com

You should have reported that maintanence person to the proper authorities, and made sure that something was done.

About 14 of us who live here at the so call HUNT CLUB got together today at my place and decided to really let thalhimer know just what is going on here at the apartment complex from another world. Drug world,thug world,racist world,,brat kids world,and parents/occupants that don't care and are allowed to let thier kids wonder around to do as they please like most of the adults do as well in front of buildings. and the list goes on . We see people climbing up to thier apartments on the first floor from the patios nd get into thier apartments that way . What the hell is going on at this place ? We never seen or heard of that for as long as we have been living her and its being done by all the new people that she is letting into the hunt club. Maybe thats how her friends and people she has brought here did things where she comes from and they come from but we don't do things of that nature on this side of town. We give our neightbors the privacy and respect that is intented to be giving to everyone. She has brough forth nothing but trash from where she worked before and will stop at nothing to try and distroy a nice thing we had here for years . J.D. the property manager from before was a good guy and a dear friend to me and many other's here and treated everyone the same. It just goes to show that thalhimer and the property manager don't care about the good people that have rented from them for years but rather instead stand up for the trash problem occupants that are causing the trouble and the are mostly the new occupants that have just moved into the hunt club . SIGN 14 TIRED EASTER GET TOGETHER OCCUPANTS FROM 5 DIFFERENT BUILDINGS. i BET IF tHALHIMER PROMISED TO KEEP PEOPLES NAMES ANONYMOUS AND ASKED FOR FEEDBACK ABOUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE GOING ON'S AROUND HERE FROM THE NEW PEOPLE SHE MOVED INTO THE HUNT CLUB SINCE SHE HAS BEEN HERE. WE BET SHE WILL NO LONGER HAVE A JOB AND 90 % OF THE OCCUPANTS LEASES NEED TO BE PULLED AND WE ARE SURE THEY DIDN'T OR WOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE APPLICATION PROCESS . SEND EACH OCCUPANT A LETTER ASKING FOR ALL THE DETAILS OF HOW BAD THINGS ARE HERE AND HOW THINGS ARE RAN WITH YOUR NEW MANAGER, NOT TO MENTION THE MAINTENANCE TEAM . WE ARE ALL GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE WE ARE GOING TO DEMAND A CHANGE AND HAVE ALL THE RULES ENFORCED BY WHAT THE LEASE STATES AND THE POLICE IF NEED BE. THANKS YOU . SIGNED. A TEAM OF 14 AND MANY MORE THAT COULDN'T BE WITH US TODAY DUE TO THE EASTER HOLIDAY.
