Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
due to a clause in the lease stating we must follow all rules and regulations set forth by management our rent has been raised $30 on one occasiion and $20 on another. they are a complete bait and switch company. only two out of the twelve months of our lease have they asked for the original agreed upon price. parking sucks.
