HUNT CLUB EXPERIENCE AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved into the Hunt Club apartments in AUGUST of 2005. It was very easy and convenient to go there, get an apartment quick and have only ONE BILL to pay due to the utilities being included. We had an apartment on the bottom floor and had hardwood floors...Well...the hardwood floors are not real hardwood, the floors are VERY dull and not shiny at all. We had dead insects in every corner of the room including centipedes and Humungous Spiders. Although the apartment was a great size for the price, the bathroom was a full bath in a space that could only hold a half bath, so the door practically touched the toilet when opened. Management was definatly difficult on many occasions. First, they never got back to your phone calls and the office was open at very inconvenient times. If I needed to drop rent off in the morning before work, I couldnt bc the office didnt open until like 9:30am, and there was NO SAFE drop box outside. If something needed to be fixed, the management would send maintanence at strange times when people weren't home so they could possibly snoop around your apartment while you were at work. Which I do not like people in my place when I'm not home. The People above us threatened us they would report loud music, if our music was on during the day but would be BLASTING theirs all hours of the night. When I went to the office to report this, they told us we would have to take it up with the neighbors ourselves...Nice...thanks for all your help. THEN We bought a puppy that weighed under the weight limit, and when we reported it to the management, THEY HAD THE GALL to tell us we should have ASKED FOR THEIR PERMISSION FIRST BEFORE GETTING THE ANIMAL...What are you my Parents''' Im sorry. Ill get a friggin dog if I WANT TO!!! Then there was a time when I had gotten home from work and this kid that I was friends with and lived upstairs from us owned a motorcycle and it was parked outside with the cover on it, Well some guy backed up into it and knocked the bike over. He asked me whos bike it was and I told him it was my friends and he was like oh ok well it should be fine...I said NO!!! it is isnt fine, Do you know what that does to a bike when you knock it over'' ITS A MOTORCYCLE, ITS FRAGILE and I argued with him till my boyfriend came home to help me get this guys info...he argued that it was fina and we made him give us his info, People DO NOT CARE about your CAR OR BIKE HERE...people also throw footballs in the parking lots and hit cars and dont care! So Anyways we gave them our letter of resignation and Was OUT! BUT if you are looking for a quick cheap place to stay while you find a job or home, it is not bad and the price is good, just dont stay there forever!
