As you may have read the previous reviews 'do not consider hunt club apartments'. i stayed ther for 6 months and moved out last month.
-You can hear everything: you could be on the third floor and hear your neighbors from the first floor. Neighbors could be whispering you can hear them.
-Management is bad: they dont have any management. THat is the most unprofessional office ever. The ladies that work there are in the office, you can see them through the window but they lock the door at 3:45, and it says up front that theyr open 9:30 -6:00. When you go in there theyr on the phone with their girlfriends/boyfriends, and they dont care if your in a hurry and jut have a quick question, they will just ignore you. Whenever you say 'can i talk to a manager' you always get the same response: 'hes currently attending a meeting someplace else, ill take a message' what the f...'
-Maintenance guys: holly s.... please pull up your pants, i mean this is a job, cant you wait to get off then wear your pants any way you want to. when they come to fix anything at your apartment they are on cellphones, talking to someone the whole time while they are fixing your apartment-and they will leave without fixing whatever they came to fix. when you call office to tell them somethings wrong no one comes to check it out for 12 days.
-Price: it is never the same, almost every month it goes up. and at the end of the year they will send you a letter stating youv paid less than what you were supposed to and you need to send a check of $210.00 even tho every check you wrote was more than what you were told ($875.00) when you signed the lease.

I completely agree with you! I posted a comment about Hunt Club on here a few weeks ago myself! We move out in October and they better not try to charge us like that! We have always paid our rent on time and have always paid the correct price! You should try to take them to court or something! What they are doing is illegal! If you have your bank statement and copies of what you paid as it states on your lease, then there is no way they can just steal from people like that! I would love to see them try it with me! Thanks for posting! Hopefully we can all help out more people! :)

about the office being locked and the office people are in there talking and doing whatever is 100% true
