The place is a wreck, maintenance sucks,it takes for ever to fix anything, the HAVAC unit broke down on Xmas eve on 07 and was fixed a week later, it going from bad to worse.
there are many leaks from upstairs, to me it has been a nightmare.I would never recommend it,
STAY AWAY, or move in at your own risk.

A friend of mine moved out due to maintenance problems. Maintenance does suck and now they have lost a good tenant. They move any and everything in them now days and management is lousy.

i think this review is 100% true, we have cockroaches everywhere, the front desk people suck, and the maintanence is worse then a house full of rats i say do not even bother coming here to buy, even the texas health department would shut it down.
