THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! They do not fix anything.. they DO charge you for utilities, when they say they dont, PARKING IS A JOKE!! If you find a spot it is about 1/4 of a mile down the road, there are however PLENTY OF ROACHES to make friends with. If you like to freeze in the winter and fry in the summer this is the place!! You have dope smokin kids in the laundry rooms, and nasty stank smells in the laundry room USED CONDOMS in the laundry room, swamps in the yards from the supposed "chiller" units that do NOT chill. Do NOT expect to have anything fixed unless you have a geni in a bottle you bring with you that can magically fix things for you!! Maintenance guys are in abundance but they just walk around all day doing absolutely JACK SQUAT!!! Especially the big bald headed dude. But God FORBID you drop a smidge of paper cuz that guy is on you like white on rice!! If you have kids.. LORD LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
The management staff well lets just say that New Yorker's are CUPCAKES and SWEETHEARTS compared to these rude obnoxious jerks!! I think they took a class on how to be this way. No one could be this way simply by choice. You call and call and they say they are putting in a work order, but I really think they must be up there drinking coffee and watching soap operas or what ever, because for damn sure nothing is getting fixed!! That big woman Carrie.. she will eventually learn GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!!
SO.. IF YOU WANNA LIVE IN HELL... STOP BY.. OTHER WISE.. JUST KEEEEP ON DRIVING!!!

Regarding Parking... Funny how when the rental office tried to do something about parking to get rid of all the non-residents that were parking in the lots they got nothing from the residents but complaints. It is a lovely catch-22, people like yourself post complaints about parking, and the management does something about it. They are listening! Then other residents complain about having parking stickers and visitor's spaces so they are unable to continue with these parking restrictions. I feel bad for the management having to deal with residents of your sort. No matter what they try, they simply can not win. I (evilly) hope that they raise all of the "troublemaker's" rent and let the good non-bothersome renters stay at their current rent.
