I have lived in 2 different apartments in this complex. I agree with most of the cautionary reviews that have been posted. Let me warn you that if you move in here DO NOT move into builidings 7100, 7102 or 7104. They share a non functioning 40 year old air condintioning unit that they say works. When it is "working", it is still over 80 in my apartment in the summer, even when it is reasonably cool outside. It is usually hotter inside the apartements than out. I cannot even cook in the apartment that I pay full rent for every month. THEY DO NOT CARE. It is currently 99 degrees outside and once again the air is completely broken and not even fake working. No apologies, no fans, no sympathy. And they charge you money in the winter for utilities. It took a month of complaining every day to finally get the first hole in my ceiling fixed. I was actually informed twice that it had been fixed. Obviously, I must have forgotten that it was fixed, what with the upstairs neighbors toilet water dripping on myt head when I peed. I will say that once the trash had been moved outside the buildings the roach issue stopped. But when it comes down to it I am rarely comfortable in the apartment I rent, and I get to pay for priveledge. Under no circumstances, do I recommend moving into this place and you might see me in their office telling you so since my a/c never works, considering hanging out in their office warning every prosepective renter until it is fixed.

I totally 100% agree with this. I also live there and it's ridiculous how often the AC does NOT work. They do not try to accommodate at all and usually does not communicate the issues until after you complain a million times. I asked to be moved to another unit but found out from speaking to the current tennant that he's being moved due to AC and leak issues (THE SAME AS WHAT I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT). I notified the office of my discovery and they didn't seem to care. I am sick and tired of this place...DO NOT MOVE IN HUNT CLUB!

A friend of mine previously lived there and her a/c did not work either. (most of the time) Also, the hallways, steps always needed cleaning.
