Everything seems fine during the day but the weekends and nights are a different story.

The office staff has changes frequently, there have been four property managers in a year, two regional managers in a year.

The kids are constantly causing trouble: pulling the fire alarm every day, hitting cars with balls, playing football all times of the day, and generally hanging out in the stairwells. Don't even try to go to the pool during the summer. The kids are disrespectful and cuss alot. The courtesy police officer sounded like a nice "extra" when I first moved in but he doesn't do anything besides read his book and occassionally give a speeding ticket.

There is constantly traffic in and out of the community at all hours. I witnessed a drug bust and a fight in the same week. Police are called often, check the Chesterfield County website to see for yourself. Don't be fooled by the Chesterfield location the community is really only minutes from the ghetto.

The walls are thin. I can't sleep in my master bedroom because I can hear every person that passes by. When someone runs down the stairs it sounds like a tornado ripping through my bedroom. It starts late at night and last until the early morning. Even worse during the weekend. Plus the constant blare of stereos and horns honking keeps me awake.

However, the neighbors are nice. Even when there is a language barrier we still get along well. People generally keep to themselves but there are a few REALLY great neighbors that I will miss when I move.

Maintenance is great, very prompt and courteous.

Overall, I had good times and bad. The characters that are moving in are causing a lot of problems. The community could be better.

I agree the same problems i had when i moved in there. Try having the police damn near kick ur door in . This is worst than the projects
