A community is only as good as the residents living there. I get so tired of people complaining about things, but making no effort to change them.
The staff at Ivy Walk cares about their community. Just last week they had a great party to celebrate National Night Out, with food, waterslide and prizes.
Where else can you live that the office staff will drive you to the store, Bank, etc. if you can't get there on your own'
Yes there are some problems with the kids, I have had to leave my apartment several times because of false alarms, but it is up to the parents to control their children, not the office.
We have great police officers who work the nights here. All of the children know Officer Ryder and respect him.
Don't beleive all of the negative remarks.

this probably was written by a tenant because I live here too and I've been here a little over a year and I agree. Unfortunately, if you compare Ivy Walk to any apartments within a 10 mile radius, Im sure they would score higher than most.
