I lived there almost two years and loved it in the beginning. I moved in shortly after they were built and loved having a brand new apartment especially after the nightmare I was running from (Park at Lakewood/Regency Lake). The initial management team was great in fact I'm still friends with one of them. Maintenance came immediately when called and minor items where fixed same day. (I need a new fridge, got one in a hour) (Light bulbs etc. changed within hours) The grounds were kept clean, they power washed the buildings and did not allow trash at doors. Our problem started when management changed, they started accepting everyone. The noise level became unbearable. Our master bedroom faced the stairs and you could hear every sneeze, word, fart EVERYTHING!!!
They lost our rent check several times, so I started buying money orders so I'd have a date that I paid my rent on time. The final straw was when we got a summons in the mail that we were being evicted. We had paid that months rent on time, did not receive a late notice from the office, nor any court summons. It turned out they had the apartment number wrong!!! They returned our rent to us stating they could not accept it, and we still had to move!!!! What''' They later sent an apology letter but we still had to pay the last months rent. Needless to say we took them to court and won. But I still ended up with a judgment on my credit!! Sucks. If you can tolerate noise, and fire alarm pulls for a pretty apartment then this is the place for you. Just always buy money orders to protect yourself from stupidity.

PS You do pay extra for washer and dryer. But very tasteful apartment.
